Seminars
Our
seminars are designed to give non-native English speaking lawyers the
practical skills they need to draft and read legal documents written in
English and to communicate effectively in English in common legal
contexts.
Seminars are
offered on an in-house basis: you select the seminar type and duration
that suits your needs best and we travel to your offices to give the
seminar. We are happy to tailor the format and content of our seminars
to suit your training needs.
We aim to provide a
personalized and interactive training experience to all seminar
delegates. To this end, we prefer to limit attendance to a maximum of
14 per seminar and our training generally includes an element of
non-compulsory participation. This takes the form of practical oral and
written exercises aimed at testing and developing the delegates’ skills
in each area covered during the training.
In each
case a comprehensive seminar coursebook is provided
prior to the seminar. In addition to exercises to be carried out during
the seminar, the coursebook contains comprehensive notes on the areas
covered. It therefore constitutes a useful reference resource after the
seminar has ended.
We can also host seminars at
our premises in Helsinki, and offer a 20% reduction on the prices noted
below in this regard.

Ongoing Training
We also offer ongoing training, either for small groups or
individuals, which can be held at your offices or at our premises. The duration
and frequency of such training, as well as the topics covered, are entirely at
your discretion. However, we are happy to draw up a training programme based on
your stated requirements.
